Dear Member,

We are very excited to announce some really exciting changes here at The Delaware Swim and Fitness Center! First, we’d like to thank every member for your business and friendship. We are here for you and want to be a part of your fitness journey.

You may have noticed some positive changes at our Pike Creek facility the last couple of months, and hope you see them as positive changes as we do, we aren’t done yet! In part, these changes are due to our new management team. As Founder and Owner, Mike Ramone, begins take a step back, he has engaged a new management team to bring you the next era of DSFC. Please feel free to reach out to them with any questions or concerns moving forward as they are now your primary point of contact.

Our Brand As our new team takes our swim and fitness centers into the next era, we also aim to bring you a next level experience. With that, we bring you a whole new look! The Delaware Swim & Fitness Centers will now be known as D-Fit! All the same great amenities, but with ongoing enhancements, new classes, new technology, and improved member services. We are proud to continue partnering with The Delaware Swim School at D-Fit and The Delaware Swim Team at D-Fit.

In the coming weeks you will see an all new, mobile responsive, user-friendly website. In the meantime here is a sneak peek at our new logo:

Facility Updates In the coming weeks, we are embarking on a large renovation of our New Castle facility. You may have heard rumors that the New Castle facility was sold or closing due to local commercial development near our property. We are excited to announce that we are staying and making various upgrades and improvements to our facility and services.

This spring we will be closing the second floor of the New Castle facility for a brief period of time in order to completely renovate the fitness areas, as well as some areas of the first floor. During this time, we invite our New Castle members to frequent our Pike Creek location, or request a temporary account freeze to suspend billing until the renovations are complete. Please see the front desk to make this request or contact us at A more detailed timeline for this project will be released shortly.

Once our renovations are complete, we plan to celebrate with a grand re-opening event! Stay tuned for details.

Technology We are implementing a new global software system this week. During this time you will notice a change in your billing date, as well as other upgrades and options including: A NEW member portal and online fitness schedules. We appreciate your patience while staff grows familiar with our new system and please let us know if you have any questions about your account.

Member Portal Once we launch our new software, you will be able to access your account any time, any where, with an integrated online member portal. Within the portal, you can update your billing information, view statements, membership status, track swim lessons, and much more! You can access your member portal by visiting First time users can register at the bottom left of the screen. You will need to have an email address on file with us to complete registration.

Billing Due to our software upgrades you may experience a slight change to your monthly billing date. If your previous billing was between the 1st – 15th of the month, you will now be billed on the 2nd of every month. If your previous billing was between the 16th – 31st, you will now be billed on the 16th of each month.

For the month of May, you may see a prorated billing amount that is less than your usual monthly fee. Do not be alarmed. That is so the system can begin auto-billing on the new cycle moving forward.

All annual fees will continue to auto-bill on your one-year anniversary date.

Account Updates At check-in, we will ask you to update your profile with a new photo and verify your contact information. We appreciate your cooperation with our efforts to improve account accuracy and security.

Your current key tag will still be used for check-in. In the event you forget or misplace your tag, our front desk staff will be happy to assist you and check you in by name. If you require a new key tag we are happy to provide one at no cost, however, photo ID is required.

We are sure to experience some growing pains during this period of transition and appreciate your patience and understanding in the coming weeks. We are confident that you will enjoy the upgrades that lie ahead, and hope you find it will improve your overall member experience.

Our management team is excited about the future of D-Fit and we’re thrilled to have you along for the ride. If you have any questions, concerns, or technical difficulties with the Club Automation member portal, please do not hesitate to reach out.
