How to Access our Member Portal and Pool Schedules

With the upgrade of a more modern, efficient and secure software system in May 2019, members now have the ability to access their member accounts via the D-Fit Member Portal. In the member portal members can update contact information, billing, view billing history, contact us, view pool and fitness schedules, and more.

In order to create an account for the Member Portal you will need an email address on file with us, or know the billing zip code and last four digits of your credit card on file. To update your account with an email address please call us at 302-234-8500, or stop by the front desk at your convenience.

To create an account follow these simple instructions:

•Go to
•Click the ‘Access My Account’ button at the bottom left of your screen
•Enter first & last name and email address on file (note: if you have not provided your email you will need your billing zip code and the last 4 digits of your credit card on file or you may contact us to add your email)
•Hit search
•Directions to access your account will be sent to your email

Once you create an account and can access the Member Portal you can view pool schedules under the “Reserve A Room” tab, as shown below:
